Staffing options we offer:
On-Call – This option is usually for those clients who may have an unexpected increase in guest a few days before an event or gathering, and they need few extra hands to accommodate.
Temporary – This option is for the employer who needs to fill a position for a number of weeks due to the seasonal demand of the position, or they need to someone to fill in with no obligations or promises of employment until they find the perfect qualified individual for the job. This option will typically last between a few days or years at the request of the client.
Permanent – This option is for the employer who wants someone to fill a position for a number of months or years, but they don’t want to deal with the cost and time it takes to hire new employees. This option also allows they employer to change employees as they see fit at no extra cost to them at anytime during the assignment.
